Our purpose is simple…to provide quality affordable housing options today, and to become the premier  housing agency operating in the affordable housing space in Lee County.

The LCHA has been around since 1984 but you will see we have reinvented our approach to assisting families.  Gone are the shackles that restricted creativity and flexibility.  Those tools of limitations have been replaced with tools of creativity which open doors to boundless opportunities.  This approach is mandated from the top down and is illustrated in agency support documents and strategic goals. 

We continually work to improve the physical conditions of our communities.  While most people choose to see our communities as pockets of despair, we see hope and potential.  We choose to invest in our residents while recognizing the possibilities achievable through building skills and positive reinforcement.  Our progressive thinking and creative approach is what separates us from the crowd.
