Central Pointe Rental Application

River North Properties Inc (RNP) (a subsidiary of Lee County Housing Authority) will be accepting preliminary applications for the Central Pointe Apartments Waitlist online beginning on Monday, March 2nd, 2026 at 8:00AM. The application will be closed on Wednesday, March 4th, 2026 at 5:00 PM and non shall be considered after this time.

To be eligible to be placed on the waiting list, the Head of the Household MUST be 18 years of age or older. Applications must meet all U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) income and eligibility requirements. The total household annual gross income must not exceed the low-income limits for the appropriate family size as listed in the Income Limits Table appearing at the end of this Public Notice.

IMPORTANT: Completed applications may be submitted via email to RNP@lchauthority.org or in person to 14170 Warner Cir, North Fort Myers, FL 33903. Please ensure that you complete all required fields of the application or it will not be accepted.

Applications are being accepted for the Central Pointe Apartments Waitlist:

✔ Open: Monday, March 2, 2026 at 8:00 AM
✔ Closes: Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at 5:00 PM
✔ No applications accepted before opening date or after the closing date

Fully Complete the Application

Fill in every section — incomplete applications will not be accepted. Sign and date the form.

Email Your Completed Application

Scan or take a clear photo of every page of your completed application, then open your preferred email app (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, or any other) and send it as an attachment to:

Use "Central Pointe Application – [Your Full Name]" as the subject line so we can identify your submission.
